Delivery & Returns.

UK Deliveries

I use Royal Mail Special Delivery with additional insurance as approriate. This service arrives the following working day before 1pm.

If you have a specific day you would like your parcel to arrive then please email or add a note on checkout and I will do my very best to meet your requirements.

US Deliveries

I use Fed Ex or UPS 48hr signed-for service. This is fast and efficient and allows tracking throughout the parcels journey.

Europe & Worldwide

Please contact me directly for a delivery quote to your delivery address.

Taxes & Duties

For customers outside of the UK, all orders are shipped with Import Duties & Taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable..

Returns

I do my best to be clear in my descriptions of all pieces in the online shop but if you are unhappy with your online purchase, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund within 14 days - please note that this policy does not apply to in-person purchases.

I can only accept goods that are unworn, undamaged and in the original condition. Please be aware that import duties or taxes on international deliveries cannot be refunded. Bespoke or engraved pieces cannot be refunded.
